What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email that you receive, often from a commercial organization or an online retailer. It can be anything from flattery to sales pitches and even malware. It’s all unwanted but it can be hard to identify what is spam and what isn’t – especially if it comes in the form of a ‘phishing’ email. This type of ‘spoofed’ email looks like a genuine communication, but has been sent by criminals trying to steal your personal information. This site has a zero-tolerance spam policy.

Spam Filtering Problems
As no message filtering system is totally accurate, sometimes valid messages may be blocked by our systems. If you think that messages you’ve sent us have been blocked by our system, please find alternative ways to alert us.
To minimize the risk of your messages from being filtered out by our messaging system, you can do the following:
- Send your message in plain text
- Avoid using phishing phrases
- Remove any attachments
- Scan your messages for malware before sending
